Vaccination is a key approach to preventing an infectious disease from harming more people. Past studies suggest that people hesitate to accept vaccines for various reasons. Understanding the factors that influence vaccination uptake is crucial for achieving higher vaccination rates in the future and preventing the spread of infectious diseases. Thus, this study aims to investigate the Singapore public’s COVID-19 vaccine acceptance rate over time and various situational and social media factors that may have encouraged the uptake.
