Evaluation of Cancer Epidemiology Across Singapore and UK Populations Using Federated Analytics

This study aims to analyse cancer trends and treatment outcomes in Singapore and the UK.

Federated analytics approaches will be utilised to link and analyse data from TRUST, STCC/Biomed DAR, and the UK NDRS. By examining this data, we will explore how treatment protocols, incidence rates, and survival outcomes have evolved over time.

The research will also identify key factors—such as cancer type, stage, treatment regimens, ethnicity, and pathology results—that influence patient outcomes.

The findings from this study will help improve clinical decision-making, refine treatment strategies, and enhance patient care for various cancer types, especially among patients from multi-ethnic groups of Asian ancestry, and across different geographical location.
