To indicate whether an individual has gone for consultation after screening.
1 = Have consulted doctor, verified through ECHAS record
2 = Have not consulted doctor yet, verified through self-reporting
3 = Have consulted doctor, verified through self-reporting
4 = Nurse called patient for follow-up, but patient is uncontactable
5 = Nurse has not called patient yet for follow-up
6 = Not Required for follow-up

NOTE: In generating the variable, a confirm medical record takes precedence (i.e. source: ECHAS) over self-reported information.
