TRUST has a Data Access Committee (DAC) to ensure that research on TRUST is safe, ethical and fit-for-purpose. The DAC also ensures that research projects using data from TRUST are in favor of public interest and generate social value. Last but not least, the DAC is responsible for overseeing that access to data is in line with agreements between TRUST and data contributors.

DAC members are individuals with the requisite domain knowledge in healthcare, science, technology, law, ethics and senior representatives from TRUST partner institutions.
